Job Details

  • Work Hours: Full-time schedule, punctuality and professional appearance required

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest technical and administrative tools.
  • Provide courteous service and act as a secondary greeter to customers in the service area.
  • Stay current with technical publications, Service Comm, and Asist terminal operations.
  • Deliver safe and high-quality vehicle service on the first visit.
  • Address all original customer concerns before suggesting additional services.
  • Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance opportunities following local and factory recommendations.
  • Return vehicles clean or cleaner than when received.
  • Participate in factory and in-house training programs.
  • Complete all paperwork accurately and attach required shop forms to repair orders.
  • Follow all workplace policies, arrive on time, and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Experience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
  • Positive attitude with high energy and motivation.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions accurately.
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Education and Certifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • ASE certification demonstrating technical aptitude is required.
  • Technical or trade school degree preferred.
